There’s a moment when the decision is made. You are going to purchase or sell a home….and then the adventure begins and emotions run high. It’s an exciting time that can be thrilling when the offer is accepted, filled with anxiety during inspections and the repair negotiations, bursting with a sense of relief when the appraisal and inspection negotiations are behind you and exhilarating when you receive the call that the property has recorded!
Finding someone who can be your best advocate, who will communicate with you and advise you is a critical decision in creating an experience that is wonderfully memorable. I would love to be that person.
As a trained mediator and an ombudsman for both the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, my love of creative problem-solving is important during negotiations. Offering alternatives in how to write an offer or respond to an offer, suggesting advantages in how you approach costs, proposing tactics to accomplish your goals; these are my objectives for you.
I am very proud to be the Past President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors in 2014, Chair for the Sacramento Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee in 2019 and Chair of the California Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee in 2022. I believe in “doing things right”. Open communication and availability day and night for all of your concerns…this is my promise to you.
On a more personal note, I am proud to be a native Sacramentan, raised in South Land Park Terrace. My husband and I married in 1979 and have 3 children. We have lived in Land Park since our marriage and are fortunate to have our children and grandchildren living within 5 minutes of us. My husband and I own Dunnigan, Realtors along with our children. When I am not working, I love to sculpt in clay, spend time with our grandchildren or walk our 2 unruly English Springers.
This should be all about you and your objectives. It is my sincere hope that you will allow me to help you!
